Taken today. Surprisingly, I've never been able to capture a deer, and she let me get very close. Also, it was a good day for hawking, though I admit I don't know what kind this is.

My lens is an AF Nikkor 70-300mm 4.5-5.6. It's been an excellent workhorse for a few years now, but I'm looking to upgrade.
