Is anyone else doing photography and 3D render's with DAZ, POSER, Blender or some other?

I haven't been doing photography for more than a couple of year's, and I've only been doing 3D render's since 2016.
I bring it up since setting a camera in 3D programs is pretty much the same, with some exceptions in how they turn out.
While I have not delved into the world of A.I. prompting and generative images, I notice many 3D galleries are not distinguishing between AI and other means used to produce images.
I have also seen on Flipboard one article of a photographer passing off AI generated portraits as photo's they took.

I think there should be clear distinction of what's been used in post that are allowed.

This is a 3D render of mine. I honestly don't feel it's truly life like, and that people will notice that, yet I still strive to create render's that are as life like as possible.
