i really liek the 1rst one, i like the tone, composition is good.

but the second one is kind of wierd. the blur kills it.

I have quite the opposite opinion. The first one the colors are to harsh so is the effect, nifty but doesn't work for me. I'm liking the second one a lot more, it's unique and not the run of the mill waterfall shots. I'd like to see more Joe

Heh heh cool. The bushes on the right ( now your third image) have really cool patterns, almost looks like it was cutout of a architectural or landscaping magazine. If I were you I would go back and focus a bit more on that
