One less grub in the grass!

The Green Woodpecker or Yaffle (I think this is one of this year's brood) doing a good job of aerating my grass and finding the odd grub in the process.

It stayed around for a while for a change, but unfortunately a fair distance away from my hideout.

Very good shot = clearly taken well beyond your lenses best limits - but looks well taken. A little dark perhapse, but nothing majorly wrong with the shot.
