If you want an FM10 there are two things you need to look out for in a Nikon lens name, and avoid: G and DX.

G means that the lens has no aperture ring, the aperture is controlled by the camera body. The FM10 does not have that capability.

DX means that the lens only covers the area of the DX-sized sensor, not full frame 35 mm. The FM10 is full frame 35 mm, of course.

So neither of those lenses will work with the FM10.

This 28-105 will work.

There are many used zoom lenses available that will work with the FM10, including manual focus ones. You could probably get a used F100 for the same price as a new FM10. The F100 will be able to use G lenses.

Best,
Helen
