Lively Skull

    I took my grandkids to a pretty nice dinosaur museum today. I liked the way this skull almost seems to have an alert presence to it.

    neat shot drdan.. like your exposure.. and the bg is suitably blurred
    would have tried another angle though

    What a great subject with loads of potential.
    Think you should go back and do some really close work on this if possible.
    as for the shot itself, maybe try a tighter crop to isolate some of the wonderful texture present in the skull itself. :)

    I actually did have some tighter crops as it was the texture that first attracted me. None of them were anything special though (so far). I did do one tight picture of a different skull. This is the real fossil taken through glass.
