That's a nice "play" with "real lines" and "shadow lines" and "real people" and "shadow people"! Who was with you? I can tell you weren't alone when you took this photo .
You decided for some reason to leave in the life saver's chair, and the trashcans and kids playing behind them. I don't know about your reasons, so it is hard to suggest anything else, but to me, those elements make the photo unnecessarily busy. I did a bit of "cropping on screen" by moving the photo up and the top outside my screen just so the last bit of the life saver's chair disappears, and feel it is calmer and more focused to look at instantly. Then it is only two shadow people versus two real people and the diagonal, crossed over real lines versus the same as shadow lines and the shadow bow with more shadow people to balance the bright part of the real lines on the left. Just my thoughts.
i tried LaFoto's suggestion and i must say it is more soothing to the eye that way.
