    well, i decided i would give HDR a go. i only have the trial version of photomatix hence the watermark. its my first attempt at a HDR so any tips or such would be cool. The view is of Mount Diablo which is directly behind my house. Its amazing to think that where i stood to take this picture is less then 6 miles from San Francisco and about a mile away from Oakland.

    I don't know much about hdr, but i think the hills and the greens came out nice

    I think the color version looks best. There both good though.

    I've never really been a fan of HDR, I've always found it to look a bit "fake" however the clouds in your colour shot are incredible!
