Here are a few photos from the local fireworks display today. They put on a good show for memorial day, and I was only about 100 feet from where they were launching them.

This was using my 20d kit lens, since it is the only lens I own that was wide enough....

Anyways, what do you guys think?

I think I'm jealous  The colors and time you captured the fireworks are amazing.
What was your shutter speed on these?

Great job Bad. Your exposures are very good. You may have been a bit close on some of these but they are still good. Hard to go wrong with firewworks.

I think they are just GREAT!
    Lovely colours. Exposure spot on!
The third and fifth photo are my favourites by far! A pity some sparkles went out of the frame, but alas! you can't have it all.

I think you should be proud of them. I wish they were a tad smaller with spaces in between. It was tough to get just one pic on my monitor. The shots were ver very good.
