My first macro (Sigma 18-50 macro capability "test"?)

    f/4, Sigma 18-50 2.8 macro mounted on Olympus E-510 at 50mm. I believe someone asked what the macro capabilities of the so-called 1:3 "macro" really were. This was just barely not quite at full macro, more like .7ft as opposed to the .62ft minimum, but you get the idea. You could get a tiny bit closer. The flower is about 1.5" in diameter.

    I believe I asked you to post shots because I own that lens as well and I wanted to see if you were able to get the nice in focus macro shots because I was having problems with it.
