My first Photo post

    Here is one i played with today in photoshop i took the picture in the Olympic National Forest up by Lake Quinalt, it was taken with my Digital rebel then i took it into photoshop to make b&w the color's looked nice but was to distracting for me so i toned it down to BW to show the image i really wanted the old trunk so here it is... be gentile im a newbie.....

    This is a nicely composed image; I think you have a good eye. Seems well exposed, maybe a tad blown out at the top, but not bothersome at all. Very nice! I like your choice of B&W, too. :D

    I agree with the ttop part of the picture seems the sun peeked threw at the top i am gonan try to correvcted this i noticed it before but not as bright as it seem now i jsut kinda look away from it now and thanks for the comments.
