heres 3 from this morning. i took my truck for a drive then stopped off at Desoto National Park for a bit of a nature walk and this is what i came away with... its a point and shoot with some croping and minor PP....

I like #3 the best. #1 is tilted to the left, the sky is blown out too. I know this was with a point-and-shoot. Did you use auto mode? Tripod?

#2 is good, but I would have liked to see a little bit more of the tower (?), though. It also seems to tilt to the right a tad. Detail in the clouds is good.

Do you have any post-processing programs? I threw #3 through Photoshop and messed around a little bit, if you don't mind.

thanks, i have PhotoShop but i dont know which version, and im not that good with it... your edit looks much better, what did you do/use?

I have photoshop CS4, and I used Topaz Adjust to change the contrast/colors, then I colorburnt the whole thing around 12%.

I like 2 & 3. 1 seems over exposed.
2 & 3 have good composition and exposure.
