It's just kind of a boring subject. Plus the leaves framing the picture are kind of distracting. Is this part of a bigger skyline?

Foreground leaves are distracting.
The left hand side of the image also has lots of foliage and a really bright white spot. Zooming in closer to the cityscape would of cut that out.

The building right in the middle looks interesting enough but its too small.

I did a quick crop to remove the foreground leaves and left most foliage and the image is a bit blah, but might still give you an idea...

Still not a perfect crop, I don't like the bottom part of the picture, but you get the idea. Find elements that are more interesting and try and zoom in and use those as a focal point for your image. Something like the PSNH builging in the middle, the red/white tower, the clock tower thing on the far right...

not bad, but i feel your pic doesn't tell a story or say anything. that would give the pic more value
