The black in the lower right is just a touch heavy for me. I would crop up to just below where the cyan reflection ends and in from the right just a smidge. It's a small crop, but the balance feels better to me. You could come in the same amount on the left to keep the moon centered.
Thank you for your comments! This was a standard time exposure and I did not record the exposure details. Probably 8 to 16 seconds at about f/8 or 11. Shot with my old Canon FTBn, 50mm lens on Kodak EC Slide Film. The location is Virginia Beach, Va. and that is the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in the distance.
