Norman Lear has died at the ripe age of 101. I was lucky to hear him speak about his career, when he was 96, at UCLA. I took a few shots from the audience with my trustee a6000. He loved talking about "All in the Family." not so much talking about "Sanford and Son". BTW, Archie's chair is in the Smithsonian.

Too bad a sense of humor isn't commonplace. Thanks, Norman.

I grew up on All in the Family. My parents loved to watch it, so we watched along with them.
Same here. At the end of the day, it was just funny!

RIP to a guy who understood how to make us laugh. :)

What a wonderful shot you have here, Prof!

Wonderful experience! Loved his work. I like the photo shows his humor with a smile.
