thanks so much, I use a 80-400mm Nikon VR, with a 1.4 x Tamron Tele Connverter Abstact, they work well IMO.. although the focus is slow with the TC mounted.
VR is like Canons IS yeah? sorry for questions I'm just trying to decide which lens to buy
