Hello everyone!
The Forum is GREAT! Very inspiring images! It is so enjoyable to be in touch with a great number of folks who share the same passion!
On this day i would like to give some friendly advice on equipment to all members.
I am disappointed to say it but OP/TECH, once one of my favorites is refusing to cover defectively constructed Snoot Boots. Recently after the purchase of three of these i found the draw strings to be stitched in so tight that they could not be closed, regardless of effort!
After three respectful Emails to the company and "exercising" the draw strings as recommended, they were simply found to be assembled improperly and Op/Tech pretty much told me "sorry about your luck"!
In conclusion, i would not necessarily expect good quality nor any form of warranty from Op/Tech.
It would be good practice to inspect each Op/Tech item for quality before purchase as it would seem they don't intend to stand behind their products. Any item with a draw string for certain!
