Philip Bloom Accused of Domestic Violence, Dropped by Kessler Crane

Depends.

These days if things go "viral" on the net you can be tried, judged, hung and buried in less than a day and the fallout can last for months if not years (its fast to post to the net and slow to forget). Thus companies in this kind of position only have a tiny window to save face and considering that personal drama isn't really what they need then its no surprise that they'd drop fast.

That said there is also integrity and such so I would also second the view that they likely think there is more worth to the claims than not (or alternatively that there is no likely counter-claim/defence that can be made which will be believed).

Can't say I know anything of the guy so I can't say if its "likely" based on reports of his past history of behaviour or not.
