Photoshop and borders

    Can others edit my Photos:
    Photos OK to edit
    Hi there, I have seen several people putting borders on their photos - like black ones etc, can this be done through photoshop?

    If so, how?

    yes. Push control f9 and it opens your actions pane.

    Then start a new action

    Increase canvas size by however many pixels you want (relative), and make the background whatever color you want. save your action. tada. one click borders.

    That's kinda how I did mine...I might have had another step in there...but I forget. If you get lost, let us know.

    Imagine if Photoshop Couldn't do borders!

    As usual there's a million and one other ways to do this in Photoshop.
