The Pintail's really looking beautiful in full plumage there, very pretty shot. Might be worth straightening the image clockwise a few degrees. Other than that, a lovely photograph.

It's nice you got the male tufted's tuft clearly visible too. Oh, here in the UK we call them tufted not tuffed ducks
