Pink Leafy Tree

lol I'm really not sure what type of tree it is...but right now, early spring, it gets these pink buds on it for a while, which later fall off and yield to larger reddish-green leaves. Anyway, I took this shot with my newly acquired Nikon D700. Yeah, that's right...I jumped ship from Sony. Not because of the Sony, at all...I wanted to move into something full-frame, and this was the cheapest way to do it.

Anyway, here are some quick shots from the D700 (still getting used to the MASSIVE full-frame viewfinder).
