I was wondering how you all set your pricing for canvas prints. Is there some rule of thumb say a percentage of what you would pay that you would add to the customer so you are making a little money on the print. As it it they cost us a pretty penny depending on the size but i don't know how i would price it for the customer.

    Can someone help please?

Oh i should add that i have several vendors where I can get canvas prints but have yet to sell one to a customer. One vendor sells both to the public and photogs. they offer a 25% discount for Pro Accounts but I have never used them and I haven't heard much. The other vendors I can get canvas from are Simply Canvas and WHCC

I'd say double the cost to you + shipping/handling.

That's how I price just about any special order.

wow really? Okay that is easy enough to do. It does make sense though since the cost of prints is a tiny fraction in comparison to what I charge my clients.
