In early 2008 we had a community meeting at viena, some of my photographing friends are there and we had a good time, i shot over 1500 Raws. But for an half day, i spend the time only for my wife and we went to Sacher Hotel, the Owner of the great tortulla :D We only get a table outside, but it was enough to have a good vienna melange and do some shots there.
This one i took, while the color is smoothed back in the whole picture it looks like an colored BW-Image, but it isn´t. Its an true Color image and there is no technic or photoshopping on it, it only decreasing saturation from 100 to 80 percent. Thanks for any comments and advise.

    greetings Peter

I really like this a lot. It is a perfect example of when to use desaturation. Too many of us want to bring out the color in a photograph, when really, we need to tone down the color sometimes.

Great picture, I even like the composition. I might have moved my finger in the coffee to get more swirl, but I am just crazy like that.
