Reflective spray paint?

Has anyone tried using reflective spray paint?

I think that would be easier to line a softbox or reflector than gluing tin foil to it, but I don't know how reflecting it is.

Anyone?

Seems like a logical idea, but you could also paint it white. That reflects as well, probably a lot more evenly.

Good cheap material for soft reflection is polystyrene sheets/boards, available as insulation at builders merchants. H
