Not too bad, but her right arm looks very stilted and 'posed' to me. I also notice that her eyes are not locked onto the camera, but not looking away at some other point; rather they're stuck in that no-man's-land of 'is she looking at us or not'. You've got some serious light fall-off in the upper-right quarter, and some smudges/scuffs near the front-right legs of the bench that haven't been touched up yet.

Nice! It wouldn't have occured to me to use the dark seat in a high key portrait. It works out fine with the dark hair, I think.

The left hand could use some attention. This is what Don Blair would call a "spadder." That's 'southern' for "spider."

Good job with the background. It's not simple to achieve.
