Short lighting and rembrandt style lighting are my favorites.
Something that catches my attention about this shot is the line of neon red that goes down the bridge of the nose and the two lines on the Philtrum. You can use a hue/saturation adjustment layer with a mask to selectively reduce the saturation of those areas to get rid of those neon stripes. You could use the same technique to reduce the saturation of some of the neon tones on her chin, lips and her left eyelid as well.
Very nice! I've been practicing this and similar lighting methods recently as a learning exercise. I particularly like the iridescent luminosity in the eyes. Only thing I might do would be to burn down the smaller highlight on the left cheek. Being brighter than the lighting in the left eye is distracting and pulls attention away from the her beautiful eyes.
