SmuMug print quality

I have a smug mug account , but am just starting to use it. I am wondering how the print quality is? I have someone that will be ordering prints off it and am wondering if I need to order a test print or if all of you who use them are pleased with quality and service. Also do you think its more cost effective to let smugmug print and ship photos or have customer order and then I print them at home?

I have been very pleased with their prints. Only one print had to be redone, and it was my fault to begin with. (washed out whites). Their customer service for that was great. I believe you have the choice of labs to use with them, and the prints are hand corrected.

In my opinion I would much rather have SM do the print and ship, your ink and copier costs might outweigh doing it yourself.

I also use smugmug and, since I starting utilizing their ICC files when exporting files for printing, the print quality is excellent!

I have ordered prints from both Smugmug labs (EXPrint and Bay) and have been very happy with both.

I was always happy with the EZ-Print quality, but Bay is really excellent. Well worth the higher costs I think.
