    I don't believe I've ever seen a Snow Bunting. Very nice!

    This is Vancouver Island; around here they're called "Slush Buntings".

    For sure this morning. got about 3 inches of very wet snow and still coming down hard. Time to do a little post on some of the summers photos.

    They like cooler climates. You may have a chance north of Nanaimo. Or up around Mount Lazar.

    Very nice. Haven't seen snow buntings before. Going hunting tomorrow for snowys and buntings. Hope I have as good luck as you guys.

    Beautiful! I never got a really good look at one. They were quite uncommon except during the worst of winter when I was in Missouri and the best bet was to see them come out on roads when there was snow cover.
