The snow doesn't stop my German Wirehaired Pointer, Marley, from her tennis ball obsession - here she is, going after one...

Watching to see which way I'm going to throw the ball...

That first one here is a very nice stop-action photo. I like that one really really much. The snow offered a bit of a difficulty to expose right on both dog and snow, but you did really well in that first.

    I also like the all-eyes-all-ears photo, i.e. No. 2.

I'd like to have seen the tennis ball in some of the shots. :p
    Especially the 3rd and 1st.
And I agree with Corinna about exposing in snow :)

Ohhh, I really like these!! You've really captured her energetic, playful nature. Look how she's all poised to spring into action in that second pic (with her muzzle all covered in snow)....CUTE!!

Thanks, everyone... I think I may have just gotten lucky this time with the snow exposure. Marley's brown fur and dark eyes are always a challenge to get in focus - and the snow makes things even more challenging. So I tend to shoot, shoot, shoot and hope a couple come out ;) She is one strange-looking dog...
