some night shots at the "Falls"

just returned from the trip, this is of course ... the best you can do from the US-side .. if you know what I mean across looking is Toronto.

c&c are very welcome ... its taken with my D60, nikkor 18-200mm vr lens at about 10-11.30pm on a rather hazy, foggy night.

Very colorful. What lights were hitting the foliage in the foreground?
I can just imagine what this would have done with a cross screen filter.

i think the lit foliage in #2 is distracting, but the colors of the lights in all three are spectacular.

The waterfall in #1 gets lost, i did not even notice it until i saw #3

#3 is my favorite overall

I like the last one. To be honest, the first two I find distracting more than pleasing. I think I feel like I should be shielding my eyes from the light

the sensor is fine, its was water splashes and fog that filled the area

yeah, I tried to avoid the 'disturbing' foliage light but with the crowd there, its really hard to get a good enough angle ;(

but glad you guys like it.

not the most accurate one but i think my setting is around

f/22-28
exposure about 13-20 seconds

the distance is rather far and poorly dimmed
