I am not so sure about what is HDR. But, some of them are long exposures photos.

HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. You take a series of exposures--some underexposed, some overexposed, and one right on--then using photoshop you combine them to form an image with a huge tonal range.

If you didn't know what it is, it must not be.

That makes the photography even more incredible.

What a gorgeous series and great first post to TPF. Great use of exposure! I am really drawn to #7, the colors and the lighting on the building. Just wonderful.
