.......is what the office building shown is called. Taken from a very small open space in Reading. Was in a quandary as to what to do about the statue in the foreground....somewhat cut off, but I wanted to get the full height of the tower in. Couldn't move further back...iron railings behind me, and no other lens available. Thoughts?

I think there might have been some better vantage points from which to take photographs. In this one, you've got the pointy thing at the top lined up with the statue, which is not really the best composition.

I would walk around the building, close and far, wide angles, and telephoto, just get what I could. These things usually look their best in a drawing, not in context.
