    some fun I had... not sure if this works or not, but I had fun learning about some of the tools in Gimp :D

    This is at the local rose grden in my city. The tall rock stuctures lead to the roses (behind me) and the little rock stucture use to be an sundial holder (the sundial is long gone.)
    I made this pic for fun by making a few layers in gimp diffrent brightnesses and the merging them all together (after doing some opacity and that sort of stuff...) I was inspired by a recent post about I think HDR??
    I wanted to see if I could cheat at idoing HDR, but then realized this was not the sort of picture to be doing that sort of thing.... so this happened:D It was fun!
