...BUT, my nephew broke the mushroom and I had to settle for a shot on a moss covered stump instead. All is good.. Well.. Except for the Newt who had to go find a new place to be safe.

This is what you get when you use a long lens (70-200mm) with a doubler attached to it at zoomed in to about 400mm at approximately 4 feet away...

Yep! I believe he was seriously annoyed.. He as tucked safely under his mushroom and then.. BAM!! He was moved out into the world by giants!!! Certainly a moment where I wish I had packed my tripod. I got down on the ground to be as steady as I could...
