Life lesson #27

Too much beer,
Too much PP.

oh ok lol does it atleast look good?

This is what I think. I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt and and applaud your creative instincts despite the fact that they run contrary to my own artistic sensibilities.

The sticking point I have most times with your work is that the photography undeneath the over-the-top processing (what can still be seen) seems to be lacking in basic photographic technique - focus, exposure, and composition. Your time would be better spent on these things - but you've been told this many times. The truth is, your PP efforts would get much better results if you started with a better image.

HTH

I didn't even have to look at the photo to answer yes. I did, however, look at the photo and the answer is still yes.

I always do this when I feel I add too much PP to my shots,

1) Think to self; PP is like love, there's never too much in the world.

2) But when If it "feels" too much, I move back two steps (or more) from my monitor/screen.

When you take a picture, do you concentrate on getting a good image, or do you think to yourself, what can I do with this in photoshop?

Are you taking pictures so that you can photoshop them?
