Looks like a painting which is nice. Except I don't like how it's the back of the train.

Oh, I once knew what this kind of post processing is called, which makes things appear like little models ... dang! Heard about it (and saw the first example pics) of said technique right here on TPF several years ago ... but I just don't remember... Grrr.

Anyhow, I like what you did, you sure DID enhance an otherwise pretty mediocre photo - personally, I'd actually prefer for that blown out sky to be eliminated completely, but it no longer looks THAT blown in the edit, so ... it's ok.

Did you just duplicate the layer, blur it, and paint a mask over the train and railroad to get that effect?

I also have no idea how you modified the color (some kind of color overlay or an action perhaps?).
