Truck Brand?

Anyone know what truck brand this is?

I'd say Russian but it's not stopped on the side of the road with its hood up.

Possibly a Leyland Clydsdale. Nice looking truck.

I've been a truck mechanic for over 45 years and I have never seen one like it. I posted the picture in the truck section of the Heavy Equipment Forum. Someone there might be able to identify it.
I think its too stylish to be from Russia so probably from somewhere in Europe.
