personally id crop it, and adjust the colour of the flag.

this was my quick attempt (reds look better, but the blues need to be looked at a bit more, twas only a quick attempt like i said )

It's not that I don't like it, it just seems like a snapshot to me.
Flag hanging, no context, no drama, no tension in the shot.
The flag is a powerful symbol and yet it is just treated as any object in the camera view so it loses all the power it has as a symbol.

Well gotta Ditto traveler here on his comments with this one... what I really don't like is the appearance of the flag.. Really disturbingly filthy ?? Whats up with that?? also I think what you wanted to do was use place the flag in an all blue background of sky?? and sky looks a little un natural in color??

I think I would re think this one , find a better looking flag , and attack this again..
