    Finally found something to shoot. This is a small Orb Weaver spider that I found in one of the Jonquil blooms. He/she was there early this morning and again later when I came back with my camera. Checked again a few hours later and still there. Looks like I have my first pet spider of the year. Images appear a little soft to me but I posted them anyway.

    Canon XSi, Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro, Canon MT-24EX Macro Twin Lites both heads 1/2 power, tripod, EXIF embedded.

    Nice macro. Spiders in flowers always make for great shots.

    iiiiickkk..... LOL arachnophobia! i could have lived without seeing that... all though the detail on it is immaculate~~~ so close and detailed its creepy. too creepy.lol
