Nicely done Cat. Out of the 2, I prefer the second image. The colours are nice on these too.

As you said this was 'experimentation' which to me implies practicing im gonna say that they do seem a bit soft. the water droplets could be much sharper. and the focus points, well on the second one i cant really even tell where it is.. and thus to me there really is no point to.. focus on lol
