We had another warm day and the little skink was out on the warm rocks again. I got a better shot of him w/ my Nikkor 180mm shot at 5.6 about 5.5' away. I did crop but not as much as before so he's a little small in the photo, which I think is interesting.

Thank you, test photo with a CanonM50+ 15/45mm zoom. I'm currently trying to make sense of the rather illogically compiled manual for the Canon M50 and that's certainly not easy, I can tell you.

I can only imagine.. but looks like your accomplishing very nicely..

The pics of my pickup are with my phone, the others are with a macro lens, but may or may not be close enough to truly be macro. My truck is rarely clean, but today's pics got it a bit dirtier and some new pinstripes.

Recently, a lot of Buddhist statuary has appeared outside a neighbor's house.
My favorite (Zen) Buddhist story: " Have you finished eating your rice ?" asked Joshu. " Yes master," replied the disciple. " Now go and wash your bowl," said Joshu. At that moment the monk was enlightened.
My favorite pseudo-Zen line, from Professor Irwin Korey, "When you come to a fork in the road, take it!"
