What lightbulbs should I use?

So I have these 'worklights' (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51ePubC1XFL._SS500_.jpg). Anyone used something similar? Any tips and/or tricks? Lastly, what light bulbs should I use to come as close as I can to the light that my flash unit puts out. I've been using a flash for awhile now, but since recently getting an umbrella I've wanted to add a fill/2nd light with another source. Thanks for any info!

Not sure what color temperature the flash units are, but check out Alzo Digital for replacement lightbulbs.

cool, thanks for the link. While i'm searching for the color temp of my flash (sunpak 383), are most flashes around 5500 or so?
