Nice B&W....not sure what the title is referencing, tho. But it's a good image, regardless.
I would like to see him a bit more off-center, but otherwise, nice shot.
Me's not sure too what the title should reference, I was sitting and thinking about an interesting title, thats the final result, I'm kinda sick in my head
maybe you're right about the center, that's a problem I should consider taking pictures (and now I do ) but in such a case I kinda can't imagine that pic off-centered.
thx for your critique!
I'm not hot on the title either. The picture does get one thinking; why the mask? Hmmm......?
that guys' stone-cutter, he was working on an sculpture and I asked him, if I could take a shot. The mask is necessary if you don't want to inhale too much dust and all.
One Wish that goes out to all: Please help, suggest a title.
Is his name Mason? Then here is a title: "Mason the Obscure".
"Hide your secret thing in the most obvious place" - Sherlock Holmes
no it's not Mason, it's Mike
So here's the title: "Mike the Obscure"
I like it alot, and the centered subject doesn't bother me.
Portraits of people working and doing stuff, even if you've asked them to stop for a moment and pose, are my favorites.
Separate names with a comma.
