where to you see pics from the themes

can someone point me in the direction of where the photos are located from past months themes. Also, how can you tell the winning pic of that month,,,

Taco good question, I can't see where you can view the pictures and it appears you posted this a few days ago and nothing. I'm not sure actually how many people view this forum, compared to a few others I'm on?
