    My first photo submission here on TPF! Please be gentle!

    Shot this critter last weekend at Duluth Harbor. The original image was a bit soft, but I liked the composition. I decided to play up the soft image with a bit of PS, turning this innocent gull into… The Winged Spawn of Satan!

    You know, the fat that it isnt sharp should really annoy me. But it doesnt, I really like it. Love the greys and the fact its is flying into the frame!

    Thanks Mindii!

    I was very disappointed seeing this image on the computer for the first time… The birds’ legs were in sharp focus, but not its noggin. It was suppose to be the other way around! I decided to try turning it into something that might be seen in a Tool or Nine Inch Nails video. Bad focus and all.:confused:

    Like mindi said usually I like the subject to be in focus but this is really cool. I like the soft effect. Nice pic
