Winter Impressions

Hi folks,

since everyone here complains about the lack of snow this year, I thought I'd share some of the pictures I shot during my (unfortunately much too short) holidays.
Feel free to post comments; I'm still very new to photography and eager to learn.

Exposure on the snow is so right!

Well, LaFoto, I took your advice to heart and played around with the contrast and saturation settings on my camera, which obviously made quite a difference.
If I find the time, I'll upload a couple more pictures tonight...

I love #2 and #3 from the first post!
From the latest post, I really like #2. The tree looks so alone, but still so happy (I just gave the tree a feeling....) I love the sunshine in the top
