WTB: Your used, sub $500, DSLR/lens combo

I'm in the market for a used dslr/lens combo.

I have no preference between Canon or Nikon.

Must include body and lens with associated mandatory bits (charger, caps, battery etc.)

If you have other "hey you're new to this and probably need..." Bits that you'd like to throw in, feel free.

Price range between $400-500 as I'm absolutely new and it's very likely that a $200 camera can out shoot my "skills."
