It's a simple jar water container setup, with an electronic solenoid controller dripping into a small pot about 50mm diameter, 2 flashguns one either side of the pot, one with a red filter attached, the background is a bluish card with white card either side of the pot as well. With the two bluish photos I used apple juice instead of water as it was a bit thicker. Ideally I need a couple of additional flash guns, two are not really enough.
