1, the contrast really brings out the colour and emphasizes her eyes. One tip for B+W photography, of it's a colorful photo(like this) don't edit it to black and white...

If the first image you posted was as sharp as the last one you posted, it would be great. The head tilt doesn't work.

I agree, the 1st would be lovely with some sharpening - and perhaps cloning out some of those stray hairs on the right.
