$1 Rotated Die Error

Am no coin collector, but it appears she is. Am I missing something?

Both sides should be oriented the same, the face side is slightly off from the obverse. Makes it a collectors level coin.

Impossible to know if it was the obverse die or the reverse die that rotated out of alignment.

Noodled 3 out of circulation all the same year, seems to be a few around though. Theres 1 on auction atm on fleabay starting at $50 but no bidders, i think I'll start mine at $30.
